Hi there! I’m beyond grateful that you’re simply reading this sentence. For my first post, I’d like to share a bit about myself and what I’m doing here! My name is Chelsea and if you couldn’t already tell - I love to be cozy. Cozy has become my sanctuary. I take pride in having a cozy house, cozy friends and family, and a cozy life.

A few things about me:

  1. I live in the desert and have grown to love and have appreciation for my climate. You can actually plant and grow many things here! Plus - we have sunshine all year long!

  2. I am constantly reading and rotating through about 15 books at the same time. Of course, I love a spiritual or personal development book but trust that I am also throwing in a cozy romance or a fantasy book with faeries and dragons.

  3. Writing is extremely important to me. I have been writing since my early hormonal teenage years and it has been my solace. Substack has been a safe space for me and I’m thrilled to share my musings here.

  4. I have many, many hobbies which I believe contributes to my overall satisfaction and life force. My hobbies also rotate and right now I am spending time gardening, reading, writing, hiking, and learning to hand build pottery. Other times you will see me horse riding, playing guitar, practicing yoga, studying psychology and natural healing, crafting, etc. Next on the list is to learn how to quilt!

  5. I love picking up trash - really! I volunteer locally and pick up trash at our local parks and mountains. If you haven’t tried this I would HIGHLY recommend. Obviously, it helps out Mother Nature but it also becomes a treasure hunt.

  6. I am a health and wellness coach. All my life I have felt called to help others and coaching has allowed me to do just that! My process is simply to help guide you to what you already know, because I believe we all possess our own deep knowing. Sometimes, we just need a little help along the way.

As a health & wellness coach, my intention with this blog is to write about all things wellness:

  • nourishing your mind, body and soul

  • connecting with your intuition

  • moving your body in ways that feel good

  • living a joyful life full of meaning and purpose

  • connecting with and grounding in nature

  • and much, much more

My purpose is to help you identify and uncover the deep knowing that is already inside of you. I am here to help guide you to connect with your truest authentic self and experience some coziness along the way - if that’s what you’re into!
