What is holistic wellness coaching?
Holistic wellness coaching is a supportive, person-centered approach that helps you align your mind, body, and soul. Together, we explore areas like stress, self-worth, mindset, habits, and health to uncover what’s blocking your growth and create sustainable. I work with you on an individual basis for lasting soul-aligned change.
How is this different from therapy?
While therapy often focuses on healing past trauma and mental health diagnoses, coaching is future-focused. I guide you toward clarity, personal growth, and aligned action. Therapy is still a powerful tool I recommend - coaching isn’t a substitute for therapy, but it can be a powerful complement to it.
Who do you work with?
I work with anyone who is ready to reconnect with themselves, gain clarity, and create more intention in their daily lives. Many of my clients feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and are craving deeper alignment and more fulfillment.
What can I expect from a session?
Each session is a safe space for reflection, clarity, and real talk. We explore what’s going on beneath the surface, identify patterns or limiting beliefs, and create aligned next steps. You’ll leave feeling seen, grounded, and empowered.
