1. Overview

By booking a session or package, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. They govern your use of all coaching services provided by Aligned Healing LLC, a holistic wellness and life coaching practice.

2. Nature of Services

Coaching services are designed to support your personal development, wellness, and life goals. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or a substitute for licensed healthcare, and should not be treated as such. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require medical or psychiatric support, please contact a qualified professional immediately.

3. Client Eligibility

To book and participate in coaching services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age

Not be in active mental health crisis or require licensed medical or psychological care

Be willing and able to participate honestly, openly, and in good faith

By booking, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Session Structure

Format: One-on-one coaching conducted virtually

Availability: Single sessions and multi-session packages

Booking & Payment: All sessions and packages must be paid in full in advance through the official booking link. Payment plans are available on select packages and are established individually with Chelsea at the time of booking.

Session Recording: Sessions are not recorded by default. If you wish to record a session for personal use, you must request this in advance and obtain written confirmation

Package Expiration: Packages are designed to be used at a consistent weekly cadence, as regular session rhythm is integral to the coaching process. Reasonable rescheduling due to illness or life circumstances is always accommodated, but sessions may not be banked or deferred beyond the package timeframe.

Provider Cancellations: In the rare event I need to cancel or reschedule, I will provide as much advance notice as possible and will offer a full reschedule at no penalty to you

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty

Cancellations or reschedules within the 24-hour window are subject to a $111 late cancellation fee

No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable

Package refund windows, from date of purchase, minus any completed sessions at the $333 single-session rate:

1-month package: 14-day refund window

3-month package: 30-day refund window

6-month package: 30-day refund window

After the applicable window, packages are non-refundable but all remaining sessions stay available through the expiration date.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions is held in strict confidence. I may take brief personal notes for reference purposes; these will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party.

Please note that confidentiality has the following legal limits: I am required to disclose information if there is a reasonable belief of imminent harm to you or others, or if disclosure is required by law or court order. These situations are rare, but you deserve to know they exist.

7. Intellectual Property

Any materials provided — including worksheets, journal prompts, frameworks, or other resources — are for your personal use only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, resell, or share these materials without prior written permission from Aligned Healing LLC.

8. Results Disclaimer

Coaching is a collaborative process, and I am fully committed to showing up for you. That said, I cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Your progress depends on your own engagement, effort, and readiness. By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the choices and actions you take as a result of our work together.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aligned Healing LLC's liability for any claim arising out of or related to coaching services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. Aligned Healing LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Marketing Communications

By booking a session, you agree to receive occasional emails from Aligned Healing LLC — including wellness resources, updates, and information about offerings. You can opt out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or reaching out directly at marketing@cozywithchelsea.com. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. For material changes, you will be notified directly. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
